基于光散射的苹果表面蜡含量测量系统设计与实现

摘要 文章提出并设计了典型水果苹果表面食用蜡含量的测量系统,并以实测验证了系统对食用蜡含量进行测量的可行性。给出了测量系统的核心硬件部分设计方法,通过对测量数据的拟合和对现实样本的检测进行验证。结果表明,设计的系统可以有效的实现水果表面蜡含量测量,且设计的系统具有成本低、测量速度快、消耗样品数量少和无损快速测量等特点。 The measurement system of the content of edible wax on the surface of a typical fruit apple is put for- ward and tested, and its feasibility is verified by experiment. The design method of the core hardware part of the measurement system is given and the fitting of the measured data and the verification of the real samples are car- tied out. The results show that the designed system can effectively realize the measurement of wax content on the surface of fruit, and that the designed system has the characteristics of low cost, fast measurement speed, low consumption of samples and non-destructive rapid measurement.
