摘要
以纳米SiO_2作为载体,通过吸附Ag^+制备了载银纳米抗菌剂。与KH-570一起加入聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂中,制成了抗菌消光皮革涂饰剂。通过原子发射光谱仪(ICPS)表征了抗菌剂的成分结构,测定了抗菌剂与抗菌消光皮革涂饰剂的抗菌率。结果表明,纳米载银抗菌剂具有良好的抗菌效果,该抗菌剂配合KH-570一起制得的抗菌消光皮革涂饰剂抗菌效果超过90%,并具有良好的耐洗涤性能。
Nano SiO2 was used as a carrier to prepare silver loaded nanoscale antibacterial agent by adsorbing Ag+.The leather finishing agent with antibacterial and extinction was made by adding KH570 to polyurethane leather finishing agent.The composition of the antibacterial agent was characterized by atomic emission spectrometer(ICPS),and the antibacterial rate of the antibacterial agent and leather finishing agent with antibacterial and extinction was measured.The results showed that nano-silver loaded antibacterial agent had good antibacterial effect.The leather finishing agent with antibacterial and extinction made by antibacterial agent combined with KH570 had over 90% antibacterial effect and good washing resistance.
