摘要
壳牌气化装置在工业生产中应用较为广泛,该种装置是由壳牌设备公司所研究的系统一体化设备。基于壳牌气化装置在煤传输环节中应用效果较好,但是在设备实际运行环节中,由于设备装置中原料负荷提升,在气化装置中比较容易产生架桥现象。基于此,为了提升壳牌气化装置煤粉传输效率,针对装置中所产生的架桥问题进行研究,提出相应的技术改革措施,希望能够为壳牌气化装置运行带来帮助。
Shell gasification unit is widely used in industrial production.This device is a systematic and integrated equipment which is studied by Shell equipment company.The application of Shell gasification device in coal transmission links is better.However,in the actual operation of the equipment,the bridging phenomenon is easy to occur in the gasification unit due to the increase of material load in the device.Based on this,in order to improve the coal powder transmission efficiency of Shell gasifier,the bridging problem arising from the device is studied,and the corresponding technical reform measures are put forward,providing help for the operation of Shell gasification unit.
