摘要
在配电网规划中,由于没有一套简单易学的软件,变电站布点及其容量规划对于规划人员一直是个相对粗犷工作,过程和结果一般都是一堆数据或表格,不能以图表方式直观形象的进行数据输入输出和成果展示。本文论述了基于空间负荷预测的变电站规划的基本内容、实用模型和算法,介绍了电气计算工具《供电网计算分析及辅助决策软件》(CEES)中基于空间负荷预测的变电站规划计算模块。为数众多的应用案例表明:CEES兼有国内和国外软件的诸多优点,是配电网规划人员进行变电站规划中的有力工具,其核心算法使得计算结果更趋于合理和科学。
The Substation Planning Optimization of distribution network planning are definitely cumbersome work of only data and tables without intuitive schematic diagrams for planners if no related convenient software is employed. The contents, models and algorithms of Substation Planning Optimization in the distribution network planning are discussed, and the electrical analysis tool named ((Electrical Analysis and Decision-making Software for Electric Power Supplying Grids)) (CEES) is also introduced in this paper, including the function modules of Substation Planning Optimization. The CEES is of the advantages of domestic and international electrical analysis software, and the numerous application cases of the CEES indicate that CEES is a powerful tool for the planners of Substation Planning Optimization with the reasonable and correct results.
