摘要
通过对双进双出磨煤机启停过程各阶段进行分析,总结出解决双进双出磨煤机启停过程对协调控制系统影响的方法。通过对双进双出磨煤机启停过程中测量的容量风量进行逻辑处理,模拟该型磨煤机启停过程,可减小该过程中无效容量风量对机组协调控制系统调节效果的影响,保证了火电机组负荷变动、磨煤机投切过程中的主参数稳定性。
Based on the analysis of the start and stop process of the double inlet and double outlet coal mill, this paper summarizes the method to solve the influence of the start and stop process of the double inlet and outlet coal mill on the coordinated control system.. Through logic optimization of primary air volume in the process of starting and stopping of the double inlet and outlet coal mill, the start and stop process of the coal mill is simulated, reduced the effect of the air volume on the control effect of the unit coordinated control system, ensured the stability of the main parameters of the thermal power unit in the process of load variation and the coal mill start and stop process.
