摘要
研究了异烟肼中空栓剂、普通栓剂和片剂的体外溶出度以及在兔体内的生物利用度。结果表明:中空栓剂释药较快,达峰时间较短。
A simplified method for the preparation of isoniazid(1)hollowsuppository has been developed.The dissolution percentage of 1 of the hollowsuppository was more than the conventional one with a higher velocity as well.The data on bioavailability showed that the hollow suppository had a shorter timeto reach a peak serum level.
