摘要
针对某型反推力装置中的渐变反推力平面叶栅,开展了性能预测和流动试验的研究与验证。结合数值仿真和性能试验,运用表面油流等测量手段,探索了反推力叶栅流线分布和流动的基本结构,揭示由不同弯角组成的反推力叶栅旋涡结构和流动特征。试验与仿真结果表明:反推力叶栅端壁呈现出3维非定常有旋的流动特征,其发展和演变的过程与涡轮叶栅中的流动过程相似,依据仿真结果和流道收敛的特征,确立了反推力平面叶栅的基本测量方法,并通过了试验结果的验证,对今后的反推力叶栅数值仿真和试验工作有很大的借鉴意义。
Research and verification of performance predication and flow test was developed based on the gradual reverse thrust plane cascade of centain thrust reverser. The streamline distribution and the basic structure of flow for the reverse thrust cascade are investigated by using surface oil flow measurement method combined with numerical simulation and performance test. Then, the vortex structure and flow characteristics of the reverse thrust cascade with different bending angles are revealed. Experimental and simulation results show that reverse thrust cascade endwall exhibit the three-dimensional unsteady swirling flow characteristics, and its development and evolution are similar to the flow process of turbine cascade. According to the simulation results and the characteristics of channel convergence, the basic measurement method of reverse thrust plane cascade is established and verified by the test results. It will be of great significance to the numerical simulation and experimental work of the reverse thrust cascade in the future.
