摘要
鉴于当前高等教育的传统教学模式的弊端,在分析和探讨新形势下我国高校教学现状及其存在的问题基础上,构建了新型教学持续改进模型,包括授课前分析,课程内容设计,授课方式选择,课程对学生的要求以及教学效果评价五个部分,并且要求做到持续地改进,再通过建设"虚拟第二课堂"的方式来实现,最后阐述了创新型教学模型所期望产生的效果。
In view of the drawbacks of traditional teaching mode,on the analysis of current situation and problems of college teaching in China,a continuous improvement model of teaching was established,including pre-class analysis,curriculum design,teaching methods,requirements,and teaching effect evaluation.In addition,the virtual second class was constructed.At last,the paper presents the expected effects of the innovative teaching mode.
