采矿专业就业现状与对策探析——以宜宾学院资源与环境工程学院采矿专业为例

Employment status and Countermeasures of Mining Professionals:——Taking an Example of Mining Engineering in College of Resources and Environmental Engineering,Yibin University

针对煤炭市场需求不足、产能过剩局面持续,进口量快速增加,全国社会煤炭库存急剧增长的问题而导致的煤炭价格持续下滑,企业经营困难,煤炭经济下行压力增大,直接给采矿工程专业学生的就业带来巨大挑战。在阐述采矿工程专业学生就业现状基础上,具体以宜宾学院采矿专业为例,分析了采矿专业毕业生的就业现实问题,并从五个层面提出应对措施,对高考填志愿、改善采矿专业的就业问题以及采矿专业未来发展有一定参考价值。

There are many problems in coal industry,including continuous insufficient demand and excess capacity of coal market,constant decline of coal price caused by the rapid increase of import volume and coal storage,and business difficulties and downward pressure of coal enterprises.These problems put great challenges on the students of mining engineering.According to the actual status of the students majoring in the mining engineering in Yibin University,the paper studied the current problems in the employment and proposed countermeasures from five levels,which could provide the guidance for college application,employment,and future development of mining engineering.
