基于EMD分解的道路连续压实质量控制指标

摘要 道路施工过程中,采用合理的压实度检测手段对施工质量控制尤为重要,有利于道路工程灾害防治管理。传统连续压实检测指标基于傅里叶变换,其空间位置分辨率较低。为改善这一不足,提出基于振动轮信号瞬时频谱特性的连续压实控制指标。利用振动轮-路基动力学方程,模拟了不同路基填料和振动轮激振工况下的压路机振动轮信号,将本方法与传统基于傅里叶变换的连续压实指标进行比较,验证了本方法在频谱特性分析和路基压实质量空间分辨率方面的优势。该方法可实现施工过程路基压实质量实时反馈与控制,降低后期营运期间路基病害的发生风险。 In the process of road construction,the adoption of a justified compaction detection method is particularly important for the construction quality control,which is beneficial to the prevention and control of road engineering disaster. The spatial resolution of traditional control index for continuous compaction detection which is based on the Fourier transform is low. To overcome this insufficiency,we proposed a new control index of continuous compaction detection based on characteristics of instantaneous frequency spectrum of vibration wheel signal. The dynamic equation of the vibratory wheel-subgrade,we simulatied the roller wheel vibration signals under the condition of different subgrade paddings and vibratory wheel excitation frequencies. then,we comparied this new method to the traditional method of continuous compaction index based on Fourier transform to demonstrate the advantages of the analysis of spectrum characteristics and the spatial resolution of subgrade compaction quality by the new method. The proposed new method can be used to achieve the real-time feedback and control of subgrade compaction quality in road construction and reduce the risk of subgrade hazards in the period of operation.
