Logic Education in the Innovation Era:Historic Mission and Realization Approaches

创新型人才最基本的特征是具有创新思维。创新思维必须以逻辑思维作为前提和基础。在当前,逻辑教育因其能够提升国民的逻辑思维能力而在三个方面承担着历史使命:促进我国科研创新实力提升;促进我国民主法治建设;促进国民综合素质提高。为了实现逻辑教育的历史使命,教育部、相关高校、逻辑工作者应依据各自职责的不同而分别采取积极有效的措施。

The fundamental quality of innovative talents is innovative thinking, which must be based on logical thinking as a premise and a foundation. At present logic education shoulders a historic mission for its improvement of national logical thinking abilities, namely the facilitation of national scientific innovation power, democratic legal ruling development, and citizenry＇ s comprehensive qualities. It is argued that to realize the historic mission of logic education, Ministry of Education, universities and logic educationists should adopt positive effective measures relevant to their responsibilities.
