摘要
本研究通过在饲料中添加一定比例的乳源性益生元(百泰~?-A),以研究其对三线闭壳龟生长性能和消化率的影响。将30只三线闭壳龟随机分为2组,对其初始体重进行方差分析,结果显示无显著差异(P>0.05),试验周期为150 d。基础饲料中粗蛋白含量为44.78%,粗脂肪为7.78%,总能为17.61 MJ/kg。2组饲料中分别添加0%(G0组)和1%(G1组)的益生元,同时添加0.1%的三氧化二钇(Y2O3)作为指示剂用来测定营养成分的表观消化率。试验结果显示:G1组三线闭壳龟的终末体重、相对增重率和蛋白质效率均显著高于G0组(P<0.05),而饲料系数、摄食率显著低于G0组。G1组的蛋白质消化率和干物质消化率显著高于G0组(P<0.05),2组的总氨基酸消化率无显著差异(P>0.05),但G1组的蛋氨酸(91.97%)、组氨酸(87.54%)、赖氨酸(91.92%)等8种氨基酸的消化率显著高于G0组(P<0.05),其余氨基酸消化率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。这表明,在三线闭壳龟饲料中添加1%的乳源性益生元(百泰~?-A)能提高其生长性能和营养物质消化率。
We conducted a 150-day feeding experiment to study the effect of milk-derived prebiotics ( Grobiotic -A) on growth performance and digestibility of nutrients in diets of Cuora trifasciata.Thirty turtles were randomly divided into two groups. Initial mean group body weights were similar (P〉0. 05). The basal diet was formulated with 44. 8% crude protein, 7.8% crude lipid and the total energy was 17.6 MJ/kg, plus one of two levels of Grobiotic -A, 0% for Group 0 and 1% for Group1. Y2 03 (0. 1% )was added in each diet as an inert marker for digestibility determination. Results showed that final body weight, weight gain rate and protein efficiency ratio were significant- ly higher for Group 1 than for Group 0. Feed coefficient and feeding rate were significantly lower for Group 1 than for Group 0. Apparent digestibility coefficients(ADC) of protein and dry matter were significantly higher for Group 1 than for Group 0 and total amino acid was similar for the two groups. Group1 showed significantly higher ADC for Met, His, Lys, Leu, Thr, Cys, Asp and Glu. In summary, 1% of Grobiotic -A in Cuora trifasciata diet improved growth performance and ADC of nutrients.
