福州动物园圈养灵长类动物肠道寄生虫感染情况调查及其驱虫效果 被引量:7

摘要 运用麦克马斯特法调查福州动物园灵长类动物的寄生虫感染情况,结果显示福州动物园灵长类动物寄生虫感染率高,其中鞭虫感染率达53.3%。感染强度以环尾狐猴(Lemur catta)的类圆线虫为最高,每克粪便虫卵数(EPG)达18 750个/g;其次川金丝猴(Rhinopithecus roxellana)鞭虫的EPG达18 300个/g。本试验采用2种驱虫药即甲苯咪唑及丙硫苯咪唑对灵长类动物进行驱虫,均达到良好的驱虫效果。本文在野生动物的寄生虫检查中,首次采用幼虫培养法对部分灵长类动物粪便进行培养,并获得东非狒狒(Papio anubis)类圆线虫幼虫及黑帽悬猴(Cebus apella)钩虫幼虫。 We used the McMaster method to investigate gastrointestinal parasite infection in prima- tes at Fuzhou Zoo. Parasites infection rates were high in primates, with Trichuris trichiura infection rate up to 53. 3%. The highest infection intensity ( measured by eggs per gram, EPG) was Strongyloides in Lemur catta, up to 18 750 eggs per gram. Ranked second in EPG was Trichuris trichiura in Rhinopithecus roxellana up to 18 300 eggs per gram. We used Mebendazole and AI- bendazole as insecticides for primates, all showed good repellent effects. For parasite examina- tion in wild animals, this was the first attempt to use a culture method to cultivate larvae from pri- mate feces, and to obtain the larvae of Strongyloides in Papio anubis and the larvae of hookworm in Cebus apella.
