牙颌畸形青少年正畸求诊意愿及影响因素调查分析

Dental Orthodontic Treatment Willingness and Influencing Factors of Adolescent Deformity

目的调查牙颌畸形青少年正畸求诊意愿及影响因素。方法选取我院牙科门诊2010年6月至2015年6月收治的318例牙颌畸形青少年,采用问卷调查的形式对正畸求诊意愿的相关影响因素进行调查分析,调查内容包括年龄、性别、家庭经济情况、错颌程度、心理因素、认知情况、社会环境等,整理归纳资料并对其进行单因素分析、多因素Logistic回归分析。结果通过非条件单因素分析,年龄、性别、家庭经济情况、错颌程度、心理因素、认知情况、社会环境与牙颌畸形青少年正畸求诊意愿相关联P<0.05);Logistic回归模型分析主要影响青少年牙颌畸形的因素是:性别、错颌程度、心理因素、认知情况、社会环境(P<0.05)。结论影响牙颌畸形青少年求诊意愿的是错颌程度、家长的认知情况、青少年周边的社会环境及其心理因素。这需要广大医务人员和家长亲友的支持理解和配合,正确引导青少年求诊,排除治疗疼痛的恐惧心理,增加青少年患者对正畸医护人员的信任。

Objective To investigate the willingness to receive orthodontic treatment and influencing factors among teenagers with dental malformations.Methods A total of 318 teenagers with dentognathic deformity treated at the dental clinic of our hospital between June 2010 and June 2015 were selecteded as the subjects.The related influencing factors of orthodontic treatment were investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaires.The content of the survey involved age,gender,weight,height,family incomes,degree of malocclusion,psychological factors,amounts of related knowledge and social environment.The data was summarized and analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results Univariate univariate analysis showed that age,sex,family incomes,malocclusion,psychological factors,amounts of related knowledge,social environment and dental malformations were associated with the desire for orthodontic treatment among adolescents with dentognathic deformity（P〈0.05）.According to the analysis of the logistic regression model,the main factors that affected dentognathic deformity of adolescents were gender,the degree of malocclusion,psychological factors,amounts of related knowledge and social environment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The factors that can affect the desire of adolescents with malocclusion to get treated are the amount of related knowledge of parents,social environment,degrees of malocclusion and psychological factors.Dental health of teenagers requires the support and understanding from the medical staff and parents.They should encourage teenagers to seek treatment,remove their fear of pain,and build up their trust in orthodontic care workers.
