摘要
社会与个体是农村职业教育需求的两大主体,社会需求与个体需求均有其存在的必要性与合理性。但人民对美好生活的需要与社会发展不平衡的现实矛盾凸显,社会价值与个体价值的阶段性冲突依然存在,加之教育资源的稀缺性与教育功能的有限性,使得农村职业教育社会需求与个体需求间存在着突出的二律背反。主要表现在:目的的相悖,即乡土的封闭与流动;内容的错位,即农业的守护与逃离;形式的差异,即需求的长期性、整体性与现时性、差异性。对此,要从学校教育、社会发展等角度寻求破解之道:跳出二元对立思维模式,调整农村职业教育发展思路;坚持以人为中心,对农村弱势群体进行差别补偿;大力发展社会生产力,实现社会价值与个体价值的有机统一。
Society and individual are the two major subjects of rural vocational education needs, both of social needs and individual needs have their own necessity and rationality. However, the conflicts between the needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced development of the society are highlighted, the phased conflicts between social values and individual values still exist, coupled with the scarcity of educational resources and the limited educational functions, making the social needs and individual needs of rural vocational education have a prominent antinomy, which mainly features: contrary to the purpose, that is homeland closed and mobile; dislocation content, namely agriculture guard and escape; the form of the difference, namely the long-term needs and present needs. Therefore, it is necessary to seek solutions from school education and social development: to jump out of the paradox of dualism and adjust the development of rural vocational education; adhere to the principle of taking people as the center, compensation for rural vulnerable groups; vigorously develop social productive forces and realize the organic unity of social values and individual values.
