随着普通本科院校扩招、教育全球化进程的推进,我国高等职业教育面临着不进则退的两难境地,重庆高等职业教育更是进入了发展的瓶颈期。在"一带一路"发展倡议下基于中国与东盟诸国密切的民间往来、经济合作、政治交流,通过政校合作、校校合作、校企合作模式,重庆高职院校成功跨境输出东盟诸国将有助于重庆高等职业教育突破瓶颈,赢得新的发展良机。

With the expansion of ordinary undergraduate institutions and the process of education globalization, China＇s higher vocational education is facing the development diploma, Chongqing higher vocational education is also encountered difficulties in development.
