摘要
面对当前高等职业教育产教融合意愿高涨、效果堪忧的现实困境,创新体制为体、畅通机制为用是必然路径。高职院校在深化产教融合发展的实践中,应积极探索体制机制的创新,改革以往校企松散式合作模式,创新产教深度融合办学体制,构建以"利益契合"为纽带的治理结构和运行机制,形成利益共同体,实现传统"管理"向教学"治理"的转变。
In the face of the current dilemma of intention booming and effect troubling of production-education integration of higher vocational education, it is an inevitable path strategy to regard the innovation system as the body and unimpeded mechanism as the utilization. In the practice of production-education integration development, higher vocational colleges should actively explore the innovation of systems and mechanisms, reform loose university-enterprise cooperation pattern in the past, innovate production-education integrated school-running system, construct governance structure and operation mechanism with the link of "interest fitting", form a community of interests, so as to achieve the transformation from traditional "management" to teaching "governance".
