地方本科院校转型发展评价指标体系构建及应用——以吉林省为例

摘要 随着地方本科高校转移发展的逐步推进,各试点院校在培养目标、条件保障、师资队伍建设、教学管理等方面进行了全方位的探索和尝试,构建地方本科院校转型发展评价指标体系、促进应用型成果的转化运用、实现社会效益和提升服务地方经济的水平成为各项工作的重点。从吉林省地方本科院校转型发展面临的现状与问题出发,探讨反映地方本科院校转型发展的评价指标体系,有利于探寻进一步推进地方本科院校向应用型转型的对策。 With the gradual transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges, the pilot colleges and universities carry on the comprehensive exploration in training goal, condition guarantee, teachers team construction, teaching management, and other aspects. And the emphasis works are to build the evaluation index system, promote the transformation of applied achievements, realize the social benefit and enhance the level of schools serving local economy. Based on the situation and problems in transformation and development of local undergraduate institutes in Jilin province, to explore the evaluation index system reflecting transformation and development of local undergraduate institutes is beneficial to explore the countermeasure to further promote local undergraduate institutes to become applied universities.
