摘要
核心职业能力的培养是提高大学生就业质量的重要路径。长期以来,文科学生职业能力定位模糊,普遍缺乏职业技能的培养路径,使得文科专业学生的实践活动缺乏针对性和有效性。把"做中学"的教育思想引入到文科学生的实践中,采用开放式的教学模式,第一课堂以做促学,第二课堂以做践学,第三课堂以做代学,围绕"做中学",形成学做结合的文科大学生职业能力培养实践路径。
The cultivation of core vocational ability is one of the most important ways to improve the quality of employment of undergraduates. For a long time, the vague orientation and the lack of cultivating ways resulted in that the practical activities of students of liberal arts lack the pertinence and effectiveness. Thus, it is necessary to introduce "learning by doing" education concept into the practice of students of liberal arts, launch the open-typed teaching model that includes promoting learning through doing in first class, practicing learning by doing in second class and replacing learning through doing in third class, center on "learning by doing" to form learningdoing integrated way to cultivate vocational ability of students of liberal arts.
