摘要
与我国注重学科教育的中小学教育现状不同,国外十分重视在中小学阶段引入职业教育。对加拿大、瑞典、新加坡和韩国中小学阶段引入职业教育的现状进行考察,发现提升认识是中小学引入职业教育的前提基础,符合学生认知特点的课程设置是中小学引入职业教育的重要内容,融合学科教育和职业教育是中小学引入职业教育的主要途径,建立专门的职业教育队伍是中小学引入职业教育有力保证。
The primary and secondary schools of China pay attention to teaching of subjects, on the contrary, foreign countries attach great importance to the introduction of vocational education in primary and secondary schools. Based on the investigation of the introduction of vocational education in primary and secondary schools of Canada, Sweden, Singapore and South Korea, it is found that improving understanding is the basis, the curriculum in accordance with students' cognitive characteristics is an important part, integrating subject education and vocational education is the main way, and establishing special vocational education team is the guarantee.
