降压治疗的非主流获益:预防痴呆

摘要 对于高血压患者,有效的降压能够明显降低心、脑、肾等重要脏器血栓性疾病的发病率,这种降压治疗的主流获益已经为大家广泛认可,然而,对于降压治疗是否能预防痴呆这一非主流获益尚未达成共识,本文综述了这方面的研究进展。
