公共需求视角下我国综合档案馆社会服务问题探究

On the Problems of Social Service Provided by Comprehensive Archives in China Under the View of Public Demand

以公共需求与社会服务的关系为理论基础,通过对档案公共需求的阶段性、随机性与不稳定性的分析,指出我国档案公共需求的文化、管理、安全等三种表现,并从把握社会公共需求方向,引导社会档案公共需求与社会服务方式创新等方面提出改善综合档案馆社会服务的策略。

On the theoretical basis of the relationship public needs and social services, this paper points out three archival public needs including culture, management and security through the analysis of the stage, randomness and instability features of archival public needs, and then illuminates the strategies to improve the comprehensive archives social service from grasping the direction of social public demand, leading the archival public needs, innovation of social service of comprehensive archives.
