摘要 接触蛋白相关蛋白-2（contactin-associated protein-like 2,Caspr2）是轴突蛋白超家族成员之一,在中枢神经（主要是海马、小脑）和周围神经都有表达,Caspr2同抗富亮氨酸胶质瘤失活1蛋白（leucine-rich glioma inactiveted protein1,LGI1）一起构成了电压门控钾离子通道（voltage-gated potassium channel,VGKC）复合体抗原,
