摘要 可逆性脑血管收缩综合征（Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome,RCVS）又称Call-Fleming综合征,于1988年由Call GK及Fleming CM首次报道,因产后女性为易感人群,曾被称为产后血管炎,属少见病,目前国内报道较少,临床常被误诊为脑动脉硬化,
