螺旋藻多糖增强免疫力功能试验研究

Experimental Study on Enhancing Immunity of the Spirulina Polysaccharides

目的观察螺旋藻多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法以小鼠连续灌胃30d为实验对象,检测螺旋藻多糖对小鼠碳廓清能力、迟发型变态反应、抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力、NK细胞活性及刀豆蛋白A(Concanavalin,Con A)诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化能力等免疫指标。结果螺旋藻多糖对提高抗体生成细胞数、NK细胞活性有显著作用。结论螺旋藻多糖能增强小鼠免疫力。

OBJECTIVE To observe the impact of the Spirulina polysaccharides on immune function in mice. METHODS Given mice the Spirulina polysaceharides intragastrically 30 days, we detected immune indica- tors, including carbon clearance ability, delay type hypersensitivity, antibody producing cell count, serum hemolysin level, macrophage phaogcytosis of chicken erythrocytes capacity, NK cell activity and ConA-induced lymphocyte transformation ability, etc. RESULTS The Spirulina polysaccharides had significant effect on antibody producing cell count and NK cell activity. CONCLUSION The Spirulina polysaccharides could enhance immunity and NK cell cytotoxicity in mice.
