舒筋风湿酒质量标准的含量检测指标研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立HPLC测定舒筋风湿酒中虎杖苷和大黄素两种有效成份含量的方法。方法虎杖苷和大黄素含量检测采用Agilent HPLC,Agilent C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),分别以乙腈-水(23∶77)和甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(82∶18)为流动相,流速1m L·min^(-1),检测波长分别为306nm和254nm。结果虎杖苷和大黄素的线性范围分别为6.29~201.40μg·m L^(-1)(R^2=0.99994)和10.41~330.00μg·m L^(-1)(R2=0.99997),平均回收率分别为99%和98%。结论虎杖苷和大黄素的含量检测方法简单,结果准确、可靠,可以作为该酒剂质量控制指标。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determination of Polygonin and Archen in Shujin Fengshi Wine. METHODS For Polygonin : Agilent Cls column (250mm ×4.6mm,5 μm)was eluted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(23:77). The flow rate was l mL · min- 1. The detection wavelength was set at 306nm. For Archen:Agilent C 18 column(250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm)was eluted with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphate buffer( 82:18 ) . The flow rate was lmL · min-1. The detection wavelength was set at 25gnm. RESULTS Polygonin and Archen had a good linearity within the ranges of 6. 29 ~ 201. 40μg · mL-1( R2 = 0. 99994) and 10. 41 330. 00μg · mL-1( RE = 0. 99997), with the recoveries between 99% and 98%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate, highly reproducible and can act as an important index to control the quality of the preparation.
