微创拔牙在下颌阻生齿拔除中应用的临床效果观察 被引量:4

摘要 下颌智齿阻生是口腔外科门诊的常见病。微创拔牙是相对于传统拔牙方法而言的拔牙方法,即采用微创拔牙器械切断牙周膜,轻柔的拔除患牙,尽可能减少周围软组织损伤,避免使用牙挺及拔牙锤等敲击损伤牙槽骨,拔除患牙后彻底清创搔刮并清除拔牙窝内感染物质及肉芽组织[1]。近年来,我科采用高速涡轮牙钻、微创牙挺拔除下颌阻生智齿,取得满意的效果,观察结果如下。1资料与方法1.
