荞麦因其独特的食用、药用价值,具有很大的开发潜力和广阔的市场前景,在国际上享有很高的声誉和较高的市场价格。文章对荞麦的生物属性、栽培技术及病虫害防治等进行了阐述,为荞麦的科学种植提供技术参考。
Because of its unique edible and medicinal value, buckwheat has great potential and wide market prospect. It en-joys high reputation and high market price in the world. In this paper, the biological properties, cultivation techniques andpest control of buckwheat were briefly described in order to provide technical reference for the scientific cultivation ofbuckwheat.
