摘要
巷道开拓过程中,经常遇到地质状况不良的断层带,断层带围岩强度低,还存在高强应力,可能会造成巷道在使用过程中产生较大变形或者支护结构失稳。本文通过分析断层带巷道变形的原因,找到支护的关键和解决方法,通过实施U型钢棚+超前注浆喷棚锚注联合支护方案,并根据监测点数据对采用的支护方式进行了评价,对矿井安全生产具有重要的意义。
In the process of roadway exploitation, bad geological fault zone is often encountered, and due to the low surrounding rock strength and high tensile stress, large roadway deformation and supporting structure instability will be brought about in the process of its use .In this article, by an analysis of the cause of the fault zone tunnel deformation, the key support and solution is found, namely, the implementation of combination supporting scheme of U-shape steel shed + anchor injection of advance grouting, and evaluation is made according to the monitoring data of the support way, which has played the vital signifcance on the mine safety production.
