摘要
大倾角大采高综采工作面采用逐茬机采逐茬自上而下的支护方式进行撤面支护,存在撤面支护周期长、撤除期间支架易被压死的问题。以上海庙矿区福城煤矿1905S面撤面支护实践为例,介绍了导硐法施工工艺在大倾角大采高综采工作面撤面支护中的应用,实践表明,采用导硐法能够实现在安全的前提下完成工作面的快速支护,大约为传统撤面支护用时的二分之一。
In fully mechanized working face with large angle and large mining height, stubble machine is adopted to withdraw support top-down, which results in long period of removal, and the damage of stents. In the paper, the author, taking 1905s face withdraw support practice of Fucheng coal mine in Shanghai Temple Mining Area as an example, introduces the application of enlarged method and construction technology in withdraw support of fully mechanized working face with large angle and large mining height, and practice shows that the enlarged method can achieve the security work under the premise of the fast support, which is about one half of the traditional withdraw support.
