摘要
针对宏远煤矿松软煤层容易塌孔,影响钻孔下筛管深度和预抽效果的问题,通过下筛管防塌孔技术的研究应用,解决了该矿150202运输顺槽工作面局部软煤区域施工预抽钻孔的塌孔现象,提高了钻孔成孔率和瓦斯抽采浓度,缩短了预抽时间,保障了瓦斯治理效果和安全生产。
In view of the problem that the soft coal seam in Hongyuan coal mine is easy to collapse,which impacts the drilling depth and the effect of drainage, the paper introduced the sieve tube hole collapse prevention technology, which is applied in Hongyuan coal mine, solving the drainage borehole collapse phenomenon in the construction in the local soft coal mine transport gateway 150202 working face area, improving the drilling hole rate and concentration of the gas extraction, shortening the time, and ensuring the safety of the gas control and production.
