摘要
本文对超静定液压支架的稳定性进行系统研究,对支架模型进行了合理简化,得到了支架重心位置;重点对工作面推进方向上支架的稳定性进行了分析,得到了不同状态下支架倾倒的临界角度;文章最后还对影响支架工作稳定性的因素进行了系统阐述,从而为超静定液压支架的稳定性控制提供了一定依据。
This paper conducts the system research on the stability of hyperstatic hydraulic support, in which the support model is reasonably simplifed, and the center of gravity of the support position is obtained; By an analysis of stability of supports in the direction that the working face is advancing, the critical angle is obtained under different conditions of support tilt. Finally, the factors that affect the stability of the support system are systematically expounded, thus providing a basis for the stability control of the statically indeterminate hydraulic support.
