莫要轻言变频器节能

On the Energy Saving of Frequency Converter

阳煤集团二矿近几年在提升、运输、压风、供水等系统大量使用变频器,它具有良好的调速、起动性能,保证设备安全可靠运行。本文通过分析变频器在煤矿的使用情况,认为变频器节能是有条件的、效果是有限的。

In recent years, No.2 Mine of Yangquan Coal Industry Group Co., LTD, has made extensive use of frequency converter in such systems as promotion, transportation, compressed air, water supply etc, which has a good control of motor speed, starting performance, and has ensured safe and reliable operation of the equipment. By analyzing the use of frequency converter in coal mine, this paper thinks that the energy effciency of frequency converter is conditional and limited.
