把政府、市场与社会三者放在经济社会结构转型的现实当中,以便将理论探讨与实践相结合,分析看得见的手(政府/国家)、看不见的手(市场)和另一只看不见的手(社会)三种不同的力量在五指山市的经济社会结构转型中各自有何功用。就目前情况而言,政府的作用是主导性的,市场、社会两种力量的作用正在逐渐显现出来。随着市场经济制度的不断完善,地方政府直接干预经济的职能将会逐步弱化,社会力量的作用也会逐渐减弱,企业作为市场主体的作用将会逐渐增强。这正是中国未来"全面深化改革"的目标和方向。

This paper attempts to interpret theoretically the role of government, market and society in the context of social-eco-nomic transformation, and takes Wuzhishan City of Hainan Province as an example to analyze three different functions of the visible hand （ government）,the invisible hand （ market） and another invisible hand （ society） in the process of social-economic transforma-tion, which is based on the relation between theory and reality. According to the current situation, government takes the dominant role, both market and society serve as emerging roles. With the development of economic institution, continually, economic activities will be less influenced by both local government and social factors. At the same time, the leading role the enterprises in the market will become obvious. All of these are the targets and directions of the overall deepening reform in China in the future.
