摘要
网络新媒体的出现,弥补了传统信息披露媒介时效性差、披露成本高等缺陷,为民营企业信息披露提供了新平台。近年来,我国中小板民营上市公司微博注册数不断增加,微博信息发布数不断趋于平稳,官微发布信息更为理性。实证结果表明,企业开设官微有利于提升经营业绩,且微博信息披露数越多,其经营绩效越高;而图片类信息、音乐类信息与其经营绩效显著正相关。
The emergence of new Internet media has made up for the shortcomings of traditional media, such as poor timeliness and high disclosure cost, which provides a new platform for private enterprises to disclose information. In recent years, the number of micro-blog registered by small and medium-sized private listed companies is increasing, and the number of micro-blog information re-leases is steadily decreasing. The empirical results show that the establishment of official micro-blog helps to improve management performance, and the more information disclosure of micro - blog,the higher its management performance ; and the picture information and music information are positively correlated with their management performance.
