摘要
采用金属Mn对铜锌铝催化剂进行改性,以二氟乙酸乙酯加氢制备2,2-二氟乙醇的反应体系评价催化剂性能,考察工艺条件对催化剂上二氟乙酸乙酯转化率和2,2-二氟乙醇选择性的影响。结果表明,反应温度对催化剂活性影响最大,其次是氢酯比,反应压力和原料空速对产物的选择性影响较小。在反应温度200℃、反应压力4.0 MPa、空速0.1 mL·(g·h)^(-1)和氢与酯物质的量比为60条件下,2,2-二氟乙醇选择性100%,二氟乙酸乙酯转化率72.3%。催化剂稳定性好,连续运行900 h仍然保持较好的催化活性。
Hydrogenation of ethyl difluoroacetate to 2,2-difluoroethanol over Mn modified Cu-Zn-Al catalyst was studied.The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,mole ratio of H_2 to ester and space velocity on the activity and selectivity of the catalyst were investigated.The results indicated that reaction temperatures was the biggest factor on the activity of catalyst,followed by the ratio of hydrogen to ester,the reaction pressure and the space velocity had less effect on the selective of the product.Under the reaction conditions of temperature 200 ℃,pressure 3.0 MPa,ratio of H_2 to ester 60,space velocity0.1 mL·( g·h)^(-1),the conversion of ethyl difluoroacetate and the selectivity to 2,2-difluoroethanol reached 72.3% and 100% respectively.Moreover,we investigated the catalyst life,after 900 h,the catalyst performance was still stable without any loss in activity or selectivity.
