摘要 分布式能源效率高,广泛应用在我国城市的写字楼和宾馆等人口集中区域,但其NOx排放成为大气污染的主要来源之一。结合分布式能源NOx排放的特点,以国产化Fe/SAPO-34分子筛作为耐高温催化剂,尿素水溶液为还原剂,通过评价老化催化剂(750℃,16 h)上NOx转化率与氨泄漏量,为今后分布式能源站燃气内燃机机组脱硝改造提供合适的催化剂匹配工艺包。 Due to its high energy efficiency,distributed energy system has been widely used in densely inhabited areas such as office buildings and hotels.However,nitrogen oxides( NOx) emissions from exhaust gases of gas engine have become a major contributor to air pollution.In this work,based on NOx emission characteristics of distributed energy system,using urea solution as the reducing agent,we tested the NOx conversion performance of homemade heatresistant Fe/SAPO-34 coated catalysts.A pack of technology for choosing appropriate catalyst for gas engine of distributed system should be developed due to NOx conversion and NH_3 leakage study of aged catalyst( 750 ℃,16 h).
