摘要
试验以白菜型油菜藏油3号和甘蓝型油菜京华165的远缘杂交后代为材料,研究其叶片保护性酶(CAT、POD、SOD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量变化情况。结果表明:杂交后代叶片中CAT活性介于两亲本之间,SOD活性、POD活性和可溶性蛋白含量均高于双亲,且各指标在世代间存在差异。
In this study, the distant hybridization progeny variety Zangyou 3 of Brassia campestris L and Jinghua 165 of Brassica napus were used as materials,studied the activities of protective enzymes(CAT, POD, SOD) and the content of soluble protein in leaves. The results showed that CAT activity of hybrid progenies was between two parents, SOD activity, POD activity and soluble protein content were higher than parents, and there were differences among the generations.
