摘要
采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定8种西藏牦牛肉中的5种微量元素。该方法对各元素的检出限为0.0012~0.0390mg/L,相对标准偏差1.11%~4.17%,标准物质测定结果都在参考值范围内,说明电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的准确度和精密度都很好。测定结果显示,西藏牦牛肉中5种微量元素含量依次为Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu>Mo,微量元素含量丰富,是一种优质的健康食品。
by using the HNO3-HClO4 wet digestion of samples, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICPAES) determination of five trace elements in8 kinds of Tibet yak meat. The method for the detection of various elements limit was0.0012~0.0390 mg/L, relative standard deviation 1.11%~4.17%, the determination results of standard materials are in the reference value range. The accuracy and tightness of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry are good. The results of determination showed that the content of 5 trace elements in Tibet yak meat were Fe Zn Mn Cu Mo, rich in trace elements, is a healthy food quality.
