摘要
本文对230 MeV质子回旋加速器超导线圈进行了力学分析,对其在绕制、降温、励磁等不同工艺条件下的强度进行了校核,并对其固化工艺进行了研究。通过7次绕制与浸渍实验,得到满足超导线圈固化要求的主要工艺参数。根据以上研究结果制造的超导线圈在励磁过程中没有失超,验证了其具有良好的结构稳定性。
In this paper,the superconducting coil of 230 MeV proton cyclotron was mechanically analyzed,and the strength of the superconducting coil under the different process conditions such as winding,cooling and excitation was checked.The curing process of the superconducting coil was studied.Winding and impregnation experiments were carried out to meet the requirement of the main process parameters of superconducting coil curing.According to these researches,a superconducting coil was manufactured.It is proved that the superconducting coil has good structural stability when it is ramping-up without quench in the excitation process.
