摘要 采用化学还原法,以稀硝酸银溶液为前驱体,通过两步法制备纳米片状银粉。试验考察了十二烷基三甲基溴化铵用量、稀硝酸银溶液用量及吸附剂种类对纳米片状银粉的影响。结果表明,在十二烷基三甲基溴化铵0.000 5 g,稀硝酸银溶液2 m L,CTAB、PVP和柠檬酸3种吸附剂协同作用条件下,制备的纳米片状银粉颗粒尺寸均匀,分散性好。 Nanoflake silver powder is synthesized with silver nitrate solution as the precursor by chemical reduction method in two steps. The influence of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide dosage,silver nitrate solution dosage and adsorbent types on nanoflake silver powder is investigated in experiments. The results show that when the dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide dosage is 0. 000 5 g,low-concentration silver nitrate solution dosage is 2 m L,and with the synergy of CTAB,PVP and citric acid adsorbents,the nanoflake silver powder synthesized has evenly distributed particles and better dispersity.
