研究生专业素养的培养研究

专业素养与硕士研究生职业发展紧密相关,是激发研究生创新能力的重要基石。文章从课程设置、学习动机、课程考核、实践机会等方面分析了专业学位研究生专业素养培养现状及存在的问题,然后从导师遴选与作用发挥、课程教学质量与考核方式改革、学位论文选题与实践训练、专业认同感等方面探索了培养提高研究生专业素养的措施。

Professional quality is related to the career development of graduate students, which is important to promote the innovation ability of graduate students. This paper analyzes the problems of curriculum, learning motivation, curriculum assessment and practical opportunities in training professional quality of professional degree graduate student, and the measures to improve professional quality of graduate student are explored from the selection and role of teachers, the reform of curriculum teaching quality and examination methods, thesis topic selection and practical training, professional identity, and so on.
