摘要
针对目前锅炉炉膛吹灰方式不合理的情况,建立炉膛结渣监测模型.通过实例计算分析了监测模型的适用性,并指出根据监测结果执行吹灰操作所存在的问题.提出一种基于单位时间炉膛传热量最大的吹灰优化模型,通过实例计算分析优化效果并与现有吹灰优化模型作对比.最后制定了吹灰优化方案.实例计算结果表明:结渣监测模型适用于负荷较为稳定的工况,而负荷变化过快工况下的监测结果波动较大且不能作为吹灰操作判据;吹灰优化计算中采用相同工况下的多组污染率平均值拟合可以获得较好的拟合优度,吹灰优化模型能使炉膛在500 MW负荷下提高相当于2.31 kg/min标煤的发热量,且比现有其他模型更适用于锅炉实际吹灰操作.
Aiming at the situation that the present soot-blowing operation was unreasonable,the model of slagging monitoring around boiler furnace was built and the applicability of the monitoring model was analyzed. Through example analysis,the problems of the soot-blowing operation based on monitoring results w ere pointed out. A soot-blowing optimization model based on maximum heat transfer capacity per unit time of furnace was proposed,and its optimization efficiency was analyzed and compared with other models in existing studies by calculation. Finally,the soot-blowing optimization strategy was set out. The calculation results show that the model of slagging monitoring is applicable for the stable load and its results could be undulate in various loads inapplicable for soot-blowing operation. Using the average of multiple data of fouling factor to fit the curve can obtain better fitting goodness in soot-blow ing optimization calculation. The soot-blowing optimization model can enhance the thermal value equivalent to 2. 31 kg/min standard coal at 500 M W load of target boiler.Thus,it is more applicable for actual soot-blow ing operation than other models in existing studies.
