我国农产品冷链物流发展现状及对策研究

Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Chinese Agricultural Cold-Chain Logistics

农产品是农产品物流的主要销售对象,由于产品本身的特性,极易出现损害和腐蚀,且造成损失较为严重。因此,为保证农产品物流顺利完成,农产品价值得以实现,物流行业相关从业者应不断完善加工、运输、配送等环节的基础设施建设、加大新科技、新技术的投入和应用。文中研究的重点是农产品冷链物流,在总结该项研究现有成果的基础上,找出可能会影响农产品冷链物流发展的各种要素,提出操作性较高的意见或建议,以期促进农产品冷链的进一步发展。

Agricultural products’the main sales target of agricultural cold _ chain logistics, are very easy to erode and be damaged due to their particular nature, therefore, those who are relevant to logistics industry should ceaselessly improve the infrastructure construction in the links like processing, transportation and delivery, and increase input in tenns of new technologies so as to guarantee the agricultural logistics being successfully completed and thus realize the value of the products. This paper focuses on the agricultural cold - chain logistics. Based on its existing results, we will find out kinds of elements that may affect the development of agricultural cold - chain logistics and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to promote its further development.
