摘要
文中根据以往工作经验,对快递行业市场监管现状进行总结,并从加强快递市场法制化建设、健全快递行业市场监管体制、完善快递市场准入准出监管、规范市场信息披露制度四方面,论述了完善快递行业市场监管的具体对策。
Based on past experience,this paper summarizes the present situation and problems of market regulation to express industry,and from strengthening the construction of express delivery market legal system, perfecting the express industry market regulatory system, perfecting the express delivery market access standard regulation, standardize the market information disclosure system in four aspects, this paper discusses the concrete countermeasures to improve the express industry market regulation.
