摘要
自动分拣工艺流程,都有一个共同特点,需要快件实现"单件流"输送。单件流输送是指快递在输送线上,自动分拣机构可分拣范围内,只能存在唯一一件货物。由于快递处理量的迅猛增加,原来的单件流的输送效率已远远不能满足目前的需求,如何实现高速、高效的单件流输送,是目前快递自动分拣急需解决的关键问题之一。文中通过多次理论和仿真分析、计算,并经过实际低、中、高速验证,单件流控制无论人工上包作业还是间距控制,都具有可行性。为后续高速自动分拣打好了基础,满足1000~4500件/小时的不同系统的分拣效率。
Automatic sorting process, there is a common characteristic, for single piece flow. Due to the rapid increase of express delivery capacity,the original single piece flow conveying efficiency has cannot satisfy the current demand. How to realize the high speed and high efficiency of single piece flow transportation is one of the key problems needed to resolve. In this paper, through theoretical and simulation analysis and calculation for many times, and through the actual low, medium and high speed, no matter manual control or auto gap control, single piece flow control is feasible. Lay a foundation for subsequent high speed automatic sorting,from 1000 pcs/h to 4500 pcs / hour sorting efficiency.【
