基于供应链管理下的铁路物资管理分析

铁路作为我国最基本的交通工具,是支撑我国交通运输国民经济的重要环节。在新的经济发展时期,铁路企业引入了供应链管理模式对铁路物资进行集中管理。相比于之前的传统管理模式,新型的供应链管理模式有着众多优点,但也不可避免地存在一些问题,文中重点分析了基于供应链管理下铁路物资管理的主要问题,并给出了解决方式,对今后铁路物资管理行业,具有重要的指导作用。

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the economic level in our country, people’s pursuit of quality of life has also been on the rise, therefore, the transportation industry also continues to evolve as people＇s living standards improve. As the most basic means of transport in our country, the management of railway materials is an important step in supporting the national economy of our country in transportation. In the new period of economic development, railway enterprises introduced a supply chain management model to centrally manage railway materials, compared with the previous traditional management model,the new supply chain management model has many advantages,but also inevitably there are some problems. This study focuses on the main problems of railway material management based on supply chain management and gives a solution Way,the future of the railway material management industry,has an important guiding role.
