摘要
地铁作为城市公共交通的重要组成部分,对我国城镇现代化建设快速发展具有重要促进作用。在地铁建设工程项目中,材料所占成本比例较高。如何科学的对地铁项目中的材料进行管理和优化,保证地铁施工过程中的项目质量,是一个关键和及时的问题。文中借助JIT管理思想理论,对地铁工程项目材料通过ABC分类展开探索研究,优化了项目材料管理模式,提高了材料的精细化管理水平,为项目在场地节约、成本控制等方面产生了经济效益,具有一定的实用价值和借鉴意义。
As an important part of urban public transport, the subway has important significance for the rapid development of urban modernization in China. In the subway construction project,the cost of material is higher. How to manage and optimize the materials in the subway project scientifically and ensure the quality of the project during the subway construction is a key and timely problem. With the help of the theory of JIT management in this paper, the research on subway project materials by ABC classification, optimize the project material management mode, improve the management level of the fine materials, generate economic benefits for projects in the field of saving, cost control and other aspects, has certain practical value and reference significance.
