对肥胖女大学生实施运动、营养、教育联合干预效果观察 被引量:12

Observation on the Effect of Joint Intervention of Exercise,Nutrition and Education on Obese Female College Students

摘要 目的:通过采用运动训练(HIIT)、营养配餐、健康教育的联合干预方法,观察肥胖女大学生身体各项指标的变化。方法:选取上海市某高校42名肥胖女大学生,在为期8周半封闭式环境下,为她们统一制订实施运动训练、营养配餐、健康教育联合干预方案,实验前后对实验者身体形态、身体成分、心肺功能和血液指标等进行测试。结果:实验后肥胖女大学生身高、腰臀比、BMR无明显变化(P>0.05),而体重、体脂肪重、体脂率、腰围、臀围、BMI均出现明显下降(P<0.05),减肥效果明显;HDL-C空腹值未见明显降低(P>0.05),而安静心率、血压和Glu、TC、TG、LDL-C四项空腹值明显下降(P<0.05),心血管系统整体生理机能得到提高。结论:系统采用HIIT、营养配餐和健康教育的联合干预方法,对肥胖女大学生的减肥效果明显,同时可降低发生心脑血管疾病的危险因素,其方法是科学和行之有效的。 Objective: To observe the changes of various indexes of obese female college students through the joint intervention of exercise training( HIIT),nutrition services and health education. Method: 42 obese female college students in Shanghai were selected to participate in the joint intervention program with physical training,nutrition services and health education for8 weeks under semi-enclosed environment. The body shape,body composition,cardiopulmonary function and blood parameters of all participants were tested before and after the experiment. Result: There were no significant changes in body height,waist-to-hip ratio and BMR of these obese female college students( P > 0. 05),while their body weight,body fat weight,body fat rate,waist circumference,hip circumference and BMI were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05). Weight loss was obvious. HDL-C fasting value of these students was not significantly reduced( P > 0. 05),while their quiet heart rate,blood pressure and Glu,TC,TG and LDL-C were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),their overall physiological function of the cardiovascular system was obviously improved. Conclusion: The joint intervention of HIIT,Nutritious diet and health education has been proved to be in losing weight and can reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The method is scientific and effective.
