The article summarizes the functional orientation of public hospitals in Shanghai.Through the analysis of the status of key disciplines and the medical demand simulation and prediction,the article elaborates the key points in the construction of clinical treatment centers.And comes the conclusion that the construction of clinical treatment center can further support the rapid development of key disciplines in public hospitals,and to achieve sustainable development of municipal hospitals.
